I think this highlights almost any situation where someone who's different than yourself does sth wrong. The base of modern racism/sexism (me speaking as a white female):
"-A white person kills another person. He is just a black sheep, among many honest people.
-A foreing (looking) person kills a man. He is just like the rest of those foreigners, all criminals and should be sent back to where they came from (never mind weather they are really foreign or not).
-A man kills a woman. He is like all those bastards. Men can't be trusted at all."

It's sad, but there are unbelievably many people who think this way (who knows, maybe I do to, subconciously...).
