Incarceration Rates In the U.S. And Elsewhere

According to today's New York Times, the incarceration rate in the U.S. continues to rise. One in 99 American adults is now behind bars. Hispanics and Blacks are incarcerated disproportionately: One in 36 Hispanics one in 15 Black adults is behind bars.
