Hmm, what's wrong with being a butcher? Between him and the artist, who's more likely to keep the bills paid? (Hint: if America consumed as much art as meat, it would be the artist). The red splotch caught my attention I guess; is it paint or blood? Is that a meat artist? Sorry, I'll go now.
